here is not a Plan. As has been stated, the future of Ultimate Reality is open ended and not aimed at a particular state of perfection or for a particular state of imperfection for that matter. In the trilogy My Big TOE by Thomas Campbell, you will find an extensive explanation and discussion of the projection into the future of most probable occurrences and alternate possibilities based on calculations performed by the One. This discussion makes clear that this is definitely an extrapolation based on current trends and possibilities, a prediction and not a plan, with varying probabilities and alternate possibilities and specifically including the most probable Free Will Choices by all intelligent beings. Not what they will do by plan, but what they will probably do based on past experience and exercising their Free Will. Change can most definitely occur. Absolute Free Will is the final determining factor for each individual being and chance / random factors are the determining factors for physical aspects of reality but subject to possible psi effects. That is, the Free Will of large numbers of beings can also have mass effects on the relative probabilities of future events, including nominally physical events from nominally physical processes and forces. There is also a discussion of how these extrapolations are used by reincarnating Souls and their guides in the planning and orchestrating of future lives that they might choose to experience or of possible futures that might occur. This is effectively like the casting of roles for a play with the difference that there is no limit to the cast size (where do you draw the boundaries?) and the script is only a first approximation of the final version, what actually happens. Every incarnated individual is at the center of their own little viewpoint on the "world" and require a cast of relatives and other characters which integrate with everyone else's cast of characters. And so on, and so on and . . .. There definitely is a plan based on these initial projections, but not a fixed plan, Fate, etc. for each life on an individual basis, subject to the free will of the participating intelligence. Projections are based on probable free will choices, not on fated events. Even more social detail is provided by Dr. Michael Newton, based on hypnotic past life regression analyses. That is, more detail from the viewpoint of hypnotized patients who are incarnated into this virtual reality and therefore see reality from that viewpoint and with those limitations. This is limited to the observations of the past life regression patients of Dr. Newton, primarily "younger" souls who have experienced fewer reincarnations. An aspect of the lives of all too many human beings that specifically does not appear in what is reported is that no soul reports that it went into its' future life with the expectation that it would become a criminal and create mayhem within the general population. Whether they plan to somehow control the environment and virtual body characteristics that they will be subject to in these lives and that contribute to these anti-social acts or simply go in unprepared for what they are really going to face is not revealed. Perhaps Dr. Newton simply chooses to not report these life experiences. Perhaps at our soul level we are prepared to take these negative life outcomes willingly, but this is information not available to the souls describing their lives under regression hypnosis as reported by Dr. Newton. It is reported that souls do go willingly into lives knowing that they will have bad outcomes as victims or otherwise suffer in some way. Often as part of a karmic equalizing of events that they have caused in previous lives. Perhaps Dr. Newton's sample of Souls simply contains no one experiencing a life as a criminal.

learly there is a great deal of planning done by the higher levels of souls, i.e. the souls not incarnating, the ones who direct everything and also those at still higher dimensions within the One. In addition, as reported by Dr. Newton, there are many souls who reside wholly in the spirit world and could be considered to be specialist technicians involved in this planning and its implementation, or in other job categories. These planners have the ability to scan forward in time and display the basic conditions and direction of the future individual lives of children not yet born for the consideration of Souls who then choose to join with the body of the child, serving as its Soul, or choose that of another. When you rail against the content of your life and the fates (or Fates as you choose) controlling your life, know that you made a relatively informed choice in selecting its parameters, and chose it yourself at your Soul level, not at the limited level of the consciousness you experience here in this virtual physical reality. You chose one body and life out of more than one option proposed, and with the aid of your guides or counselors, as best meeting your personal development plan. You thought at that time and with your full Soul knowledge that you could handle the load. You agreed to attempt to follow the plan as presented to you but you do have free will for good or ill. You can fail to complete your plan, exceed your plan or completely deviate from the plan. Lives may apparently have planned decision points as well where pre planned but optional directions can be chosen.

learly, if there is a group of conspirators controlling the future of the world, a common speculation here on Earth, these planners or their directors at still higher levels, if they have such, would have to be the ones. To do what they do in the way of projecting potential lives for our selection in this virtual physical reality, they must obviously have a projected general plan of the future of the earth and human societies. This is something that the One provides with its computational future projection facilities as well as projected individual life plans. This is not being revealed in regression hypnotherapy sessions as the participants are at too low levels to be knowledgeable of this functioning. It is an obvious necessity however. This is not "God's Plan" as the One only has a plan in the sense of the inevitability of the growth of open ended potential based upon the Principles as outlined at the beginning of this model. This is rather very much a plan of the higher level souls, perhaps even at a higher dimension than ours, with no "democratic" input at our level. To what degree high level Souls might choose to add biases or planned future tendencies to the basic projections provided by the calculations of the One is not revealed. Whether this is standard practice or something which is sneaked in is not revealed but the existence of Evil as an irremovable part of Ultimate Reality makes it almost certain that this happens. Whether reincarnation processes are available to those souls not in agreement with the organized plan but who wish to incarnate and operate outside the plan is not reported either. In fact, other than that they exist, nothing is actually reported about the administrative personnel and functioning of these higher level souls in their management of lower level dimensions like ours and its virtual reality training program. There are many other areas of the spirit world subject to other plans for other virtual realities. We again know nothing about their functioning or management. The things that we do not know do not diminish the value of the more basic things and principles of operation that we do know as described here in this Basic Model. Take this Basic Model, integrate it into your present model, study Thomas Campbell's trilogy My Big TOE and integrate it into your present model.
